He is survived by: his wife Dr. Lisa Phillips; his children, Dr. Kelly Phillips and Ryan Phillips (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jack and Lucy Phillips; his siblings, Patrick, Ginny, Sharon and Sean; and his nephew Brad Phillips.
