She is survived by: her parents, George Shipp Sr. and Marinda Rutherford; her children, Ma'Neika Ward and Arthur Parker Jr.; her former husband Arthur Parker; her siblings, Melanie Blakes of Peoria and George Shipp Jr. of Effingham, IL.; and her daughter Artiana Faith Parker. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Due to Covid-19, both mask and social distancing are mandated.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations to be made to Busey Bank for college expenses for Ma'Neika and AJ.
