With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary L. Hooks of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on May 26, 2020 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Scott and Iris Geneva Campbell (Bell). She is survived by: her children, Malcolm Hooks (Andrea) of Chicago, IL and Lori Cawthorne (Malcolm) of Chestnut Hill, MA; her sister Joyce Edwards of Peoria, IL; and her grandchildren, Mariah Brobbey (William), Nia Cawthorne, Tyson Hooks and Jordan Hooks. She is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; and a host of other relatives and friends.
