She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Eason Franklin and Mary Edith Sill Franklin; her husband William Robert "Bill" Heyduck; her daughter Linda Catherine; and her brother Bill (Betty).
She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Christi), Steve (Rachel) and Rob; and her grandchildren, Emily, Paul, Hannah, Robbie, Eliza and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family has expressed their wish that gestures of sympathy be made by charitable donations to "Johns Hopkins University", c/o Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine, 500 N. Broadway, Suite 731, Baltimore, MD 21205 with a note indicating the donation be allocated to Merkin Peripheral Neuropathy and Nerve Regeneration Center.
