With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Lee Owen of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda Garretts and John Garretts; and her spouse Thomas Owen. She is survived by: her children, Mary Menke (Mike) of West Peoria, Suzanne Neltner (Jeff) of West Peoria and David Owen (Leah) of West Peoria. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
