She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolan "Barry" Johnson and Constance "Connie" Johnson (Sheppard). She is survived by: her husband Mike of Bernard's Catholic Church; her children, Mary Hotkevich (Drew) of Washington, IL, Patrick O'Brien (Mary Kate) of Chicago, IL and Joseph "Joey" O'Brien (Katy); her grandchildren, Brooks, Calvin Hotkevich, Margaret "Molly" O'Brien, Nora and Wade Krieg; her sister Joni Borghesi (Michael) of Naperville, IL; her nieces and nephews, Jeff (Brianna), Meg (Pat Panayotov) and Mark Borghesi (Danielle LaSusa); and her sisters-in-law, Maureen O'Brien (Sharon Tear) and Judy Crowley (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, because Nancy's education was so important to her, memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic church or Peoria Notre Dame High School.
