He is survived by: his wife Ruth White Brooks; his children, Nathaniel Brooks, Jr. of Augusta, GA, Jimmie Brooks of Indianapolis, IN, Allison Brooks of Pompano Beach, FL and Katrina Brooks of Peoria, IL; and his sisters, Lenora Adkins of Peoria, IL and Lynn Brooks of Peoria, IL.
