He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Harris Sr. and Edna Breeding (Elmore); his daughter Jennifer "Jenny" Bartley; and his niece Julie Harris. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Harris of Fort Myers, FL and Dan Harris of Peoria, IL; his brother Gene Harris (Chris) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Jessica Bridges, Lindsey Faulkner (Kendrick), Samantha Harris, Nicholas Harris, Alex Bridges and Benjamin Harris; his son-in-law James Bartley; and his nephew Paul Harris. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Runs in Art's name.
