She is survived by: her children, William M. Sleeth of Marquette Heights, Rodney Sleeth (Janet) of Peoria, Kerri Sleeth of Huntley, IL and Sheri Urich (Joel) of Huntley, IL; her grandchildren, Darin Stewart (Kim), Brooke Sleeth, Adam Urich, Taryn Urich, Nathan McIntosh, Dylan McIntosh (Demi), Derek McIntosh, Cassidy Roehm (Austin) and Madison McIntosh; her great grandchildren, Jakob Stewart, Sullivan, Eloise and Murphy Roehm; and her son-in-law Terry McIntosh.
