He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel McGovern and John McGovern; and his siblings, Jim McGovern (Mack) and Sandy Marchand. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Forquer (Susan) of Creve Coeur and Angie Klein (Randy) of East Peoria; his close friend Wanda Kinman; his sisters, Marilyn Alcott (Graham) of Napa Valley, CA, Pat Winchell (Ed) of Topeka, IL, Leona Burton and Barb Polenc; Jeremy. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
