He is survived by: his wife Eloise Minuete; his children, Kenneth Mack (Gail) of Antioch, TN, Keith Mack, Sr. (Ramona) of Peoria, IL, Kim Mack of Peoria, IL, Karyn Mack of Peoria, IL, Kourtney Mack (Tanya) of Peoria, IL, Kara Mack of Peoria, IL and Kouri Mack of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Leroy Mack, Sr. (Winnie) of Peoria, IL, Austin Mack of Peoria, IL, Charles Mack (Esther) of Peoria, IL, Marvin Mack (Gail) of Las Vegas, NV, Kenneth Mack of Peoria, IL, Lois Guyton (Johnny) of Peoria, Margaret Allen of Peoria, Geneva Mack of Peoria and Carrie Givens (Ronald) of Peoria; and his aunt Ida B. Kelly of Jackson, MS. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
