With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Oscar Lee Williams of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Williams and Victor Williams Jr.; his siblings, Gloria Jean Milton and Victor Williams III; and his grandchildren, Christopher Alexander and Melaki Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Bennett of Huntsville, AL, Lakyia Bennett Huntsville and Carlisha Williams of Jacksonville; his siblings, Dennis Williams of Peoria and Novella Harris (Tony) of Huntsville, AL; his grandmother Murel Marie Moore of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Makaylah Bennett, Chrisette Alexander, Kelvin Finch Jr., Anna Brown, Jamiah Brown, Janaysha Robertson, Jaela Bennett, Kye'irra Freytag and Kyle Freytag Jr..
