She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry by: her parents, William Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Cummings (Bob), John Whalen (Sandra), Jay Whalen (Cathy) and Rob Whalen (Young); and her sister Ruth Sholty. She is also survived by her children, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial can be made to Illinois Cancer Center, Woodsage Road.
