He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sowers and Anna Sowers (Huffaker). He is survived by: his children, Michael Sowers (Julie) of East Peoria and Jane Sowers of Peoria. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
