He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melford "Mel" Dean Spurgeon and Carrie Borton Spurgeon; his stepson Andrew Browning (Peyton) of Farmington, IL; his siblings, Melanie Spurgeon, Lori Robbins (Todd) of Conway, AR, Michael Spurgeon (Jackie) of Hamilton Ontario and Cheryl Wabel (Dean) of Speer, IL; his nephews, Tyler White, Kyle Robbins (Christina), Trevor White (Lisa) and Troy Robbins (Adrienne); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Makenzie Robbins (Kyle), Hunter, Layla White (Tyler), Eira and Eli White (Trevor).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Glen Oak Christian Church (1115 E Republic St, Peoria, IL 61603).
