We announce the death of Richard Patrick Lavin of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph and Dorothy Mae Lavin (O'Brien); his son William Gabriel Lavin; and his brothers, John and Charles Lavin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Colleen (Kenny) of Mark's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Thomas Lavin, Mary Ryon, Barbara Coyle, Patricia Simmons and Dorothy Norman. He is also survived by father and grandfather.
