He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Welsch and Hattie Mabel Welsch (Wayman); and his siblings, Clarence Welsch, Lawrence "Joe" Welsch, Roy Welsch and Velma McClintick.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Pinkham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his loving caregivers and friends.
