He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Eckwood and Imingine Eckwood (Davis); his son Terrell Fuller; and his siblings, James Eckwood, Sammy Eckwood Jr., Lisa Eckwood and Linda Eckwood.
He is survived by: his children, Brandon Eckwood, Robert Fuller, Rico Eckwood, Angela Eckwood Fuller, Ashley Eckwood and Alexis Eckwood; his sisters, Rosie Gingery (John) and Barbara Eckwood; and his aunts and uncles, Ralph Davis of Peoria, Stanley Eckwood of Olive, Jerry Eckwood of Nashville, TN, Minnie Williams and Loretha Matthew of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Parks Colonial Chapel (201 N MacArthur Hwy, Peoria, IL 61605).
