He was predeceased by: his son Victor Lewis; and his grandparents, John and Marie Sharp. He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Dale Lewis of Dawson, IL and Shirley Jean Wiemer (Patterson) of Springfield, IL; his former wife Glenda Harris of Springfield, IL; his daughters, Shaina and Jaime; his siblings, Cindy Lewis of Tennessee and Keith Lewis of Tennessee; his uncles, John and Melvin Sharp; his friend John Williams (Kimberly) of Peoria, IL; and his caregiver Kharlee Williams. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
