He is survived by: his mother Jessie Bell Tanner (Green) of Carol Stream, IL.; his daughter Damita of Peoria, IL; his wife Sandra D. Tanner; his daughters, Barbara Trask (Chevez) of New Jersey, Chiquitta Walker Hawkins (Christopher) of Crystal Springs, MS and Keyanah Tanner of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Ulysses, Jr. Tanner (Julia) of South Holland, IL, Christopher (Vivian) of Anchorage, AK, Timothy Tanner of Carol Stream, IL, Gregory Tanner (Mary) of Vernon Hills, IL and Sandra (Keon) of Carol Stream, IL; his father-in-law Deacon Booker Ross, Jr. of Peoria, IL; and his cousins, Vivian Alford of Crystal Springs, MS and Debra Walker of Crystal Springs, MS. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
