She was predeceased by: her parents, George Horsley and Genevieve Horsley (Bloodworth); and her sister Delores. She is survived by: her children, James Michael "Mike" Booth (Debby), Judy Whitaker (Larry) of Eureka, IL and Jackie Spring (Don) of Newburgh, IN; her grandchildren, Jessica Stewart (Chad), Jeffrey Booth (Jaclyn), James Booth, Quinten Grebner, Jason Whitaker (Amy), Natisha Duncan (Tom), Luke Whitaker (Kara), Abigail Spring and Claire Mazzocco (John); her sister Connie Stewart of Indiana; and her brothers-in-law, Doug Booth of Bradenton, FL and Jerry Thomas of Bradenton, FL. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, 4 great-greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Willow Hill Methodist Women Char Skinner Memorial Scholarship Fund.
