He is survived by: his wife Irene Dingwall Anderson of Peoria; his sons, Ross Black (Karen) of Peoria, IL, Scott Black (Staci) of Geneva, IL and Gordon Black (Emily) of Palatine, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan (Bianka), Kyle (Emma), Chloe, Ivy, Cooper, Lyla, Ethan, Jillian and Gavin; his sister-in-law Mary; and his nephew Kenneth.
