He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Tracy; his daughters, Shontay Venise Collins of Peoria, IL, Shannon Shanise Collins of Peoria, IL, Stephanie Danese Collins of Peoria, IL and Sierra Alise Collins of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Jeff Luckado of Waldorf, MD, Nancy Luckado of Flint, MI and Paula Luckado of Flint, MI; his grandchildren, Jayden Dwan Collins, Remidee T. Collins, Reign T. Collins and Messiah Steven Collins; and his close friends, Gary Dunlap and James Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilkesson Mortuary and Cremation Life Center (428 W McClure Ave, Peoria, IL 61604). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
