He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E Crusen and Joanie "Mimi" Crusen (Needham); his brother Donald Crusen; his sibling's children, Joshua Suits and Wendy Torrey; and his in-laws, Ernest and Marie Bergevin.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Bergevin; his child Erin Passmore (Curt) of Elmwood; his grandchildren, Kendra and Cole; his child Kristen Karmik (Tim) of Oswego; his grandchildren, Anna, Catherine and Meredith; his son Cory Cripe (Michael) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Claire and Will; his son Steven Crusen (Kelly) of Peoria Heights; his grandchildren, Ryan, Ray, Clark and Kelli Zwirkoski (Jason) of Elmhurst; his children, Lennox and Vance; and his siblings, Tom Crusen (Helen), Dan Crusen, Dave Crusen (Trish), Lyn Suits (Mark), Jan Kreher (Rich), Chris Crusen and Molly Bishop (Doug).
