She is survived by: her husband Jack; her sons, Adam Heinz of Brimfield and Nick Maggio of Peoria; her sisters, Kathleen Hensley of Peoria, Sharon Hensley Blachford of Belvidere and Christine Hensley Sherman of Peoria; and her grandchildren, Connor Heinz and Carly Heinz. She is also survived by wife and mother, who will be missed by her family and friends.
