With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Jessie Lee Bobo of Peoria, Illinois, born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Coy Bobo and Autro Bobo (King); his wife Mary Flemming; and his son Terry Bobo, Jr. (Tayo) of Peoria, IL. He is survived by : his children, Michael Bobo (Aleshia) of Peoria, IL, DeMarcus Hinkle of Peoria, IL, Corey Flemming of Peoria, IL, Heather Bobo of Peoria, IL, Brenda Morning (Cheet) of Peoria, IL, Teresa Jacobs of Indianola, MS and Wanda Lewis of St. Paul, MN; and his sisters, Carlean Bobo of El Cajon, CA and Bobbie Jean Bobo of Albany, MS. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; a host of great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sovereign Grace M. B. Church (1505 W Martin St, Peoria, IL 61605). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
