He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Royer and Lela Royer-Ray (Collins); his daughter Tisha Miller (Amanda Walker) of Macomb; his stepchildren, Shane Gilmore (Stacy) of Banner, Marcus Sparks (Tiffany) of East Peoria and Megan Bieze (Joe) of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Laci and Colby Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Benton, Cassandra Gilmore, Morgan Sparks and Madison Bieze (Patty Wherley) of Astoria; and his sisters, Darlene Prather (Randall) of La Prairie and Linda Shaw (Dave) of Marion. He was also cherished by several Nieces and Nephews.
Memorials may be made to a education fund for grandchildren Laci and Colby Miller in care of the Woodforest Bank in Macomb.
