Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Theresa McIntosh (Peoria, Illinois), born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 89, on June 19, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas James McElwain and Catherine Gallagher McElwain; and her siblings, Kathleen Wallace, Helen Cosby, Mary Alice Schmitt, Margaret Tombow, Lucille McElwain, James McElwain and Thomas McElwain.
She is survived by: her husband Alexander C. McIntosh of Peoria; her children, Deborah Schulz (Robert) of Peoria, Alexander McIntosh (Patricia) of St. Charles, MO and James McIntosh (Amy) of Littleton, CO; and her sisters, Judith (Andrews) and Suzanne Mason. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OSF Richard L. Owen Hospice Home.
