He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Adams and Rosina Shaw (Dave). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie K. Baker; his children, Ashton Adams and Arthur "Max" Adams; and his sister Maria Gauthier. He is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
In keeping with his love for animals, preferred memorials in Tom's memory may be made to SAMS (Stray Animal Midway Shelter) Rescue in Hanna City, IL.
