He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Owen and Josephine E. Owen (Goebel); and his brother Roger Owen. He is survived by: his children, Mary Menke (Mike) of West Peoria, IL, Suzanne Neltner (Jeff) of West Peoria, IL and David Owen (Leah) of West Peoria, IL; and his brother David Owen (Jeane) of Germantown Hills, IL. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
