He is survived by: his children, Mary Menke (Mike) of West Peoria, IL, Suzanne Neltner (Jeff) of West Peoria, IL and David Owen (Leah) of West Peoria, IL; and his brother David Owen (Jeane) of Germantown Hills, IL. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
