He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Elsie Kelly (Harper); and his siblings, Toni Kelly and Terrence Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Kelly of Vinton, Iowa and Christopher Hemp of Havana; his granddaughter Veronica Miller (Joe) of Quasqueton, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Owen Miller.
