With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy Luella Clay of Peoria, Illinois, born in Mound Bayou, Mississippi, who passed away on May 28, 2022 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles Clay. She is survived by: her mother JoAnn Clay (Moore) of Freeport, IL; her boyfriend Alexander Dickens of Freeport, IL; her children, Annteana Chate Allen (Vance Fauntleroy), Anthony Terrell Thompson, Jr. (Shataisia) of Peoria, IL, Trarrell D'Charles Thompson of Peoria, IL and Jamani Daytrell Harris of Peoria, IL; her siblings, Charles Carter of Indianapolis, IN, Markita Bland, II (Troy) of Freeport, IL and Daisy Clay of Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Denarion Williams, Na'Vion Fauntleroy and Makaio Thompson; and her godmother Lois Sledge of Orlando, FL.

Due to Covid-19, social distancing is encouraged to be consistent with recommendations from the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA), funeral home directors have been instructed and should follow CDC guidelines on gatherings, including those directly related to funerals, visitations, or graveside services. In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we ask that everyone in attendance: wear a face mask and refrain from hugging, kissing and shaking hands (as hard as it is to see someone you care about and not touch them).
