He is survived by: his children, Donna Noe (David) of Mapleton, Randy Rubsam (Laurie) of Sandy, David Rubsam (Ruth) of Oshkosh and Richard Rubsam (Chrissy) of Thomasville; and his siblings, Charly Westendorf, Trudy Russo and Donald Rubsam (Carolyn). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
