We bid farewell to Warren J. Oppe of Peoria, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 4, 2025 at the age of 95. Warren touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Oppe and Anna Oppe; his wife Dolores; and his granddaughter Paige Oppe. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Wright, Michael Oppe (Sheri) and William Oppe (Kay); his grandchildren, Megan Taylor (Mark), Ben Smith (Heather), Emma Davison (Andrew), Lauren Oppe, Kevin Oppe (Destiny), Jacob Oppe and Samuel Oppe; and his great grandchildren, Adelaide Taylor, Harrison Taylor, Charlie Smith and Randy Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church (904 E Lake Ave, Peoria Heights, IL 61616). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Thomas Food Pantry.
