She is survived by: her mother Delores Ann Sledge (Williams); her husband Cornelius Cooper; her children, Terry Burnside, Jr. (Brittany), Sparkle Sledge-Smith, Chance Sledge-Smith and Seberrie Cooper of Peoria, IL; her siblings, Harry Proctor (Jeanette) of Peoria, IL, Derek Proctor (Tammy) of Peoria, IL, Robin Sledge of Peoria, IL and Candace Broadway (Kelvin) of Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Tristyn, Skylar, Malonii, Zy'Aira, Terri, True and Deshone; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Banks of Peoria, IL and Quincy Cooper of Bloomington, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
