He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Thornton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his sisters, Gwendolyn Jamison of Birmingham, Brenda Sims of Peoria, Sharon Watford of Birmingham and Sheila Williams of Birmingham, Alabama; his granddaughter Cierra Wright; and his great grandchildren, Lyric, Kamari and Kensely Hudson.
