He was predeceased by: his wife Norma (Adleman); his parents, Veronica Kemmer (Cullen) and Bernard Kemmer; his sisters, Mary Buehler, Josephine Rock, Patricia Waibel, Mildred Kidd, Betty Kemmer and Rita Swanson; his son Thomas L. Kemmer; his son-in-law Gary A. Moore; and his granddaughter Heidi Kemmer.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Schneider (Michael) of Indianapolis, IN and Richard Michael "Mike" Kemmer (Lisa) of Byron, IL; and his sister Bobbie Elder of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
