He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Waggener and Esther Waggener (Evans); his wife Donna Clayton; and his son Michael Plantz. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Susan Grasso of Kansas City, KS., Beverly Pointer (Greg) of Labadie, MO. and Lisa Schielein (Jared Wiegman) of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Kristin Gaumer, Alex Larson (Melanie), Stefanie King (Will) and Miley Collins (Joe). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
