She was predeceased by: her husband Gus Mason, Sr.; her daughter Sandra Mason; her grandchildren, Rachel Polk and Demarco Mason; and her great-nephew Gerrick Porter.

She is survived by: her sisters, Frankie Turner of Knoxville, IL and Elizabeth Porter (Del) of Peoria, IL.; her children, Debra Branch of Peoria, IL, Lenette Barth (Bernard) of Dunlap, IL, Darlene Polk (Chris) of Stone Mountain, GA, Yvette Mason (Tiwatha "Ti") of Atlanta, GA and Gus Mason (Joy) of Peoria, IL.; her nephew Bryan Turner of Las Vegas, NV; and her nieces, Teresa Porter of Peoria, IL. and Jewel Porter of Peoria, IL.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
