He is survived by: his wife Sandy DeBoer; his daughter Tami David (family: Michelle Hoover, Kristi, Cari Czakó, Traci DeBoer); his grandchildren, Jakob Berlongieri and Lexi Czakó; his mother-in-law Carol Busch; and his close friend Tony Dryjanski (Glory). He is also survived by other family members and friends he loved.
