She is survived by: her mother Zita Armellani (Benvenuti); her children, Pamela Urbanski of Peru and Robert Urbanski (Amy) of Sterling, IL; her grandchildren, Jessica and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Winnie and Ethan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, any memorial contributions may be directed to the donor's favorite charity in honor of Adele.
