David Wagner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wagner of Peru, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wagner and Mildred Wagner (Barber); his children, Samantha and Anthony; his brother Thomas Wagner; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Wagner.
He is survived by: his son John Wagner (Dani) of Fort Wayne, IN; his brother Edward Wagner of Montgomery; his sibling's children, Bob Wagner (Sanchita) of Providence, RI, Kirk Wagner of Thorndale, TX, Debbie Ensor (Edward) of Sheridan, Shari Wagner of Peru and Liz Radtke (Ryan) of Peru; and his close friend Diana Weber of Peru.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hurst Funeral Home (650 5th St, La Salle, IL 61301). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
