He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sack and Audrey Sack (Dean). He is survived by: his wife Jane Jakse of Peru; his daughters, Rebecca Sack of North Riverside and DeAnna Soriano (Eric) of Chicago; his grandsons, Will and Jax Soriano; and his siblings, Bruce Sack (Susan) of Mendota and Louise Zmudka (Jeff) of Oglesby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (1925 5th St, Peru, IL 61354).
Per Dean's wishes, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Hospital.
