Derek Michael Fisher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Derek Michael Fisher of Peru, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Derek Michael Fisher to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fisher; and his brother Jeff Starkey. He is survived by: his children, Michael Fisher (Joey) of Peru and Erica Rayfield (Jason) of Cissna Park; his grandchildren, Jack Wessels (Tammy), Kayla Fisher, Justin Rayfield and Jamie Rayfield; his great grandchild Tobi Fisher; his mother Margaret Starkey (Hudson) of Williamsport, IN; his sister Stephanie Starkey of Wisconsin; and his sister-in-law Nancy Starkey of Mark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family and Friends Funeral Home (9700 Old State Rd 55 N, Wingate, IN 47994).
