We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 96, Henry Joseph Prosinski of Peru, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Prosinski and Mary Prosinski (Rafalski); his sisters, Irene Kobbemann (Paul) and Rita Schlink (Donald); his mother-in-law Helen Hallam; and his cousins, Mary Mozina (Victor), John Vasicak and Jane Ann Piletic.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Prosinski (Hallam); his children, Ann Riva (Michael) of Peru, Michael Prosinski (Kathy) of Peru and Amy Golightly (Floyd Jones) of Peru; his grandchildren, Adam Riva (Amy Cleary), Alicia Ernat (Nate), Alex Riva (Gina), Mary Rose Prosinski and Alivia Joyce Golightly; his great grandchildren, Greyson Ernat, Jayne Riva, Sailor Ernat, Giuliana Riva and Ledger Ernat; and his cousins, Mary Ellen O'Connor (Reed Popovich) and Terry Piletic.
A Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Valentine's Church (1109 Pulaski St, Peru, IL 61354).
