He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Morscheiser and Marjorie Morscheiser (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Donna Stuart of Peru; his children, Jill Carroll (Curt) of Cumming, GA, Mark Morscheiser (Tina) of Utica and John Morscheiser (Jenny) of Utica; his grandchildren, Kyra Gibson (David), Christopher Carroll, Andrew Carroll, Landon Morscheiser, Grady Morscheiser, Lily Morscheiser, Mason Morscheiser and Jaron Morscheiser; and his great grandchild Bentley Gibson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation.
