With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Loretta Phelps of Peru, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Grubich and Eva Grubich (Borostowski); her brother John Grubich; her sisters-in-law, Arlene Grubich and Evelyn Liesse (Phelps-Summers); her son-in-law Jack Brand; her great grandchild Charlotte V. Grieder; her close friend Walter Herrmann (Robert E. Phelps); her brother-in-law Richard Phelps; and her nephew Steven Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Phelps (Joani) of Belvidere, William Phelps (Barbara) of Tampa, FL, Timothy Phelps of Princeton and Cyndee Brand (Jack) of Stanford; her sister-in-law Sally Paffrath (Phelps) of Overland, MO; her nieces and nephews, Franklin Dalley of O'Follon, MO, Scott Phelps of La Salle, Dave Grubich of Peru, Jack Grubich, Sandra Koscieicz (Phelps) of Peru and Kathy Palladino (Grubich); and her grandchildren, Anthony, Matthew, Bryan, Christopher, Jennifer, Timothy, Jessica, Sean, Brooke, Alisha and Taylor. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
