We bid farewell to Marilynn Duffy of Peru, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 19, 2026 at the age of 90. Marilynn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Marilynn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marilynn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Schalla and Anna Schalla (Glovetski); and her husband Robert D. Duffy of Hyacinth's Church. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Siska (Steve) of Peru; her grandchildren, Ryan Siska (Anna) of St. Charles and Katherine Siska of Chicago; and her great grandchildren, Grant Siska and Corinne Siska of Albany, CA..
