She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Smudzinski and Sophie Smudzinski (Szymski); her husband Roger Tidaback of Hyacinth's Church; and her brother Jim Smudzinski. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Dale Tidaback (Anne) of Fairfax Station, VA, Jack Tidaback (Lynn), RPh of Grande Ridge and Jane Bishop, RN (Robert) of Ooltewah, TN; her grandchildren, Kate, Chad, Trent, Morgan, Jack, Mia, Mallori and Nick; and her great grandchildren, Teddy, Hugo and Luther.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Joseph's Church in Peru.
