She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dooner and Della Dooner; her husband James A. Sladek; and her stepgranddaughter Robin McQuery. She is survived by: her sons, William Sladek (Derinda), Thomas Sladek (Vera), Donald Sladek and Wayne Polich; her grandchildren, William Sladek (Cali) and Lauren Sladek (Neil Hanley); her stepgrandchildren, Joey Mcquery and Jacob Mcquery; her great grandchildren, Lily, Liam, Logan, Ford, Wells and Sutter; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor and Phoneix. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
